Start with the biggest file you have

Most AI tools hand you a 1024 or 2048 pixel image. That looks sharp on a phone and soft on a wall. Download the largest version the tool offers, upscaled if it has the option, and send the PNG or JPG as-is. Do not screenshot it and do not send it through a text message, which shrinks it.

What we do before it prints

• Check the resolution against the size you want
• Upscale and clean up the artifacts AI leaves behind: warped hands, mushy text, seams
• Adjust color so it prints the way it looks on screen
• Send you a proof before anything hits the printer
